<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by
<br />WILLIAM G. WEINRICH, a single person and KIMBERLY A. PENSICK, a single person, to AREND
<br />R. BAACK, as Trustee, dated November 17,1989, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document 89- 106336 has been paid.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender of said Deed of Trust
<br />and the Note or Notes secured thereby for cancellation, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by said Deed of Trust in
<br />the following described premises:
<br />Part of Lot Fifteen (15) of the County Subdivision of the South Half (S V2) of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., and part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE' /<) of the Northeast Quarter (NE' /4) of Section Twenty -One (2 1)
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., more
<br />particularly described as follows, to -wit:
<br />Commencing at a point_ sixteen. feet (16') Southerly from the South easterly
<br />corner of Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), in Wiebe's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and on a line with the Easterly
<br />boundary line of said lot, if extended, thence running Southerly parallel with
<br />the Westerly line of Eddy Street for a distance of 132 feet to the Northerly
<br />line of John Street, thence running in a Westerly direction along and upon
<br />the Northerly line of John Street for a distance of 66 feet; thence running in a
<br />Northerly direction parallel with the Easterly line of Clark Street for a
<br />distance of 132 feet; thence running Easterly parallel with the Northerly line
<br />of John Street for a distance of 66 feet to the place of beginning, all in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
