<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, PATRICK A. BROCK, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 1,
<br />1993, executed by CRAIG E. ANDERSON and BRENDA J. ANDERSON, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustor, in which ELTON RATHMAN and VERA RATHMAN,
<br />Husband and Wite, are named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on November 19, 1993, as Document
<br />No. 93- 110014, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, PATRICK A. BROCK, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has received from ELTON RATHMAN and VERA
<br />RATHMAN, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the East One -Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (El /2 SE1 /4) of Section Thirty -Six (36),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the
<br />Northeast corner of said East One -Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (El /2 SE1 /4) ; thence Southerly along and upon the East
<br />line of said East One -Half of the Southeast Quarter (El /2
<br />SE1 /4) , a distance of One Thousand Seven (1,007.0) feet to the
<br />actual point of beginning; thence continuing Southerly along
<br />and upon the East line of said East One -Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (El /2 SE1 /4), a distance of Two Hundred Sixty -One
<br />(261.0) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' and running
<br />Westerly, a distance of Two Hundred Ninety -Seven (297.0) feet;
<br />thence deflecting right 900 00' and running Northerly a
<br />distance of Two Hundred Sixty -One (261.0) feet; thence
<br />deflecting right 900 00' and running Easterly, a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Ninety -Seven (297.0) feet to the actual point of
<br />beginning and containing 1.780 acres, more or less, now known
<br />as Lot One (1), Ridgeway Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
