<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated as of September 28, 2022, among Southside Tire of Nebraska, LLC, whose
<br />address is N2453 Us Highway 45 S., Antigo, WI 54409 (the "Grantor"), Chicago Title Insurance Company,
<br />whose address is 11600 College Boulevard, Suite 205, Overland Park, KS 66210 (the "Trustee") and JPMorgan
<br />Chase Bank, N.A., whose address is 111 E Wisconsin Ave, Floor 01, Neenah, WI 54956-3043, and its
<br />successors and assigns (the "Lender").
<br />The Grantor irrevocably GRANTS, TRANSFERS, CONVEYS AND ASSIGNS to the Trustee, in trust,
