<br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY
<br />In consideration of the payment of all obligations under a R
<br />Deed of Trust dated December 8, 1986, by and between GREGORY S.
<br />BAIRD and KAY L. BAIRD, husband and wife, as Trustor, which Deed
<br />of Trust is recorded as Document No. 86- 107054 in the Office of
<br />the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds, and upon the request
<br />for reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney -at-
<br />Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (EhSWk)
<br />of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pur-
<br />suant to Section 76- 1014.01 of the Revised Statutes of the State
<br />of Nebraska, said premises to GREGORY S. BAIRD and KAY L. BAIRD,
<br />husband and wife.
