HINKSON A/K/A BRIAN HINKSON AND LORI HINKSON, husband and <br />wife, and ARNOLD K. HINKSON A/KA ARNOLD HINKSON AND DAWN HINKSON, <br />husband and wife being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state that they know of their <br />own personal knowledge: <br />That they are the owners of record and present title holders in fee simple in the real estate <br />legally described as: <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Twelve (12) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and the <br />whole thereof, and that they and the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of more <br />than Twenty -Three (23) years last past and that during that time title to said premises has never <br />been disputed. <br />That they make this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska "Marketable Title <br />Act", being Neb.
