PREISENDORF, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states that: 1. Under date of July 17, 2007, Pauline M. Preisendorf executed the Pauline M. Preisendorf Revocable Trust Agreement (the "Trust") and wherein she designated herself as the initial Trustee and Harry C. Preisendorf as the successor Trustee and Bess Helen Marie Sheeks as the next further successor Trustee; 2. From the date of the creation of the Trust until November 2, 2021, Pauline M. Preisendorf served as Trustee of the Trust; 3. Upon the death of Pauline M. Preisendorf and pursuant to ARTICLE XI, Paragraph 2.b. of the Trust, Harry C. Preisendorf executed a Declaration of Death of Trustee and Acceptance of Successor Trustee effective as of November 2, 2021, wherein he has accepted the Trusteeship of said Trust and agreed to administer said Trust in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; 4. The Trust is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Pauline M. Preisendorf and is in full force and effect; 5. Affiant Harry C. Preisendorf is currently serving as successor Trustee of said Trust and the Trust Agreement grants Affiant as successor Trustee all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code;
