<br />executed a certain Real Estate Deed of Trust unto FIRST STATE BANK of 222 Main Street, P.O. Box 96,
<br />Famam, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of FIRST STATE BANK, of 123 Center Street,
<br />P.O. Box 100, Holbrook, Furnas County, Nebraska, BENEFICIARY, dated the 3RD day of September, 2021
<br />to secure the payment of indebtedness referred to therein, which Deed of Trust was recorded OCTOBER 6th,
<br />2021 in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as Instrument No. 202108491. The corrective Deed of Trust to
<br />reflect correct county was rerecorded OCTOBER 21, 2021 in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 202108924.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the said TRUSTEE, pursuant
<br />to the request of the beneficiary above set forth, for valuable consideration, has remised, released and
<br />quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim onto the owner or owners thereof, the
<br />following described real property, being in the County of Furnas and State of Nebraska, to wit:
<br />LOT ONE (1) AND THE NORTH HALF (N1/2) OF LOT THREE (3), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13),
