Reimers and Kathryn D. Reimers, husband and wife, <br />Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, all of their <br />undivided interest in the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Sec. <br />76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section <br />Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a <br />point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), said point being One <br />Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-one and Seventy-five Hundredths (1,231.75) feet <br />south of the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4); thence southerly <br />along the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Four Hundred <br />Nineteen and Thirty-eight Hundredths (419.38) feet; thence deflecting left <br />89°41'50" and running easterly a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred <br />Thirteen and Four Tenths (1,313.4) feet, to a point on the east line of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4); thence northerly along the east <br />line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4), a <br />distance of Three Hundred Thirty-one and Seven Tenths (331.7) feet to a point on <br />the south line of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1/2SW1/4); thence <br />deflecting left 89°33'40" and running westerly, a distance of Six Hundred Forty-two <br />and Forty Six Hundredths (642.46) feet; thence northerly parallel to the west line <br />of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Ninety-one and Twenty-three <br />Hundredths (91.23) feet; thence westerly perpendicular to the west line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), a distance of Six Hundred Seventy and Fifteen <br />Hundredths (670.14) feet to the place of beginning and containing 11.348 acres <br />more or less. <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: <br />1. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; <br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />
