Rev. <br />Stat. Section 76-201): <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Two (2), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />This Deed is further subject to a right of first refusal to purchase and the right of first <br />refusal to lease granted to Kathleen Ann Mettenbrink, the terms and conditions of which are <br />provided in ARTICLE IX, Paragraphs B.9. and B.10. of the Leo E. Mettenbrink Revocable <br />Living Trust Agreement, dated August 25, 1999, as Amended January 2, 2009 and October 27, <br />2014. <br />1 <br />
