<br />Cheryl J. Kremer for herself and by Power of Attorney for Rita Jones, a single
<br />person, Sandra Tied and Daniel M. Tied, wife and husband, Janice Houle and Howard J.
<br />Houle, Jr., wife and husband, and Larry D. Kremer, husband of Cheryl J. Kremer,
<br />Grantors, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, receipt of which is acknowledged, do hereby convey to Brian N. Markvicka
<br />and Christina L. Markvicka, husband and wife, with right of survivorship and not as tenants
<br />in common, Grantees, the following- described property, to -wit:
<br />Lot 8, Block 11 in Packer and Bares Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantees and to their assigns forever.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors: 1) are lawfully seised of such
<br />real estate and that it is free from encumbrance; 2) have legal power and lawful authority to
<br />convey the same; 3) warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful
<br />claims of all persons.
