<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated January 8, 2020,
<br />executed by Michael R Trejo, A Single Person Trustor, in which CORNERSTONE BANK, is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded January 8, 2022, Instrument #202000161 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Parcel 1: A tract of land comprising part of Lots Five (5) and Six (6) of Fractional Block Seven (7) of Wiebe's Addition
<br />to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />Northwesterly corner of said Lot Five (5); thence running Northeasterly along the Northwesterly line of said Lots Five
<br />(5) and Six (6), a distance of Seventy Two and Twenty Five Hundredths (72.25) feet; thence deflecting right 118° 45'
<br />30" and running Southerly a distance of Sixty Six and Seventy Five Hundredths (66.75) feet; thence deflecting right 90°
<br />00' and running Westerly a distance of One and Five Tenths (1.5) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running
<br />Southerly a distance of Six (6.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00' and running Easterly a distance of One and Five
<br />Tenths (1.5) feet; thence deflecting right 90° 00' and running Southerly a distance of Sixty Five and One Hundredths
<br />(65.01) feet; thence deflecting right 13° 32' and running Southwesterly a distance of Nine and Seventy Five Hundredths
<br />(9.75) feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of Lot Five (5); thence running Northwesterly along Southwesterly line
<br />of Lot Five (5), a distance of One Hundred Twenty Seven and Ninety Five Hundredths (127.95) feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Parcel 2: Lot Sixteen (16), in Block Three (3), Better Homes Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 610 S Locust St & 907 S Clark St, Grand Island, NE 68801.
