Sundermeier, Husband and Wife, dated December 22, 1999 and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 7, 2000 as <br />office. <br />of <br />No. 20000`17, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Stone Castle Home Loans; <br />subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to BNC Mortgage, Inc., said <br />assignment recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 3, <br />2000 as Instrument No. 200008197; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was <br />assigned to First Union National Bank, as Trustee of the Amortizing Residential Collateral Trust, <br />Series 2000 -BC2, without recourse., said assignment is dated the 4" day of February, 2000 and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 6, 2000 as <br />Instrument No. 200009628 does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default in said Trust <br />Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following- described real estate, situated in the County <br />of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />LOT 8, FARMINGTON SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has <br />occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments <br />on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on the 1st day of August, 2000 <br />and thereafter, and that there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum ofNINETY SEVEN <br />THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX CENTS <br />($97,323.56) together with interest thereon from the ls` day of July, 2000, at the rate of 11.875% per <br />annum together with accruing taxes and advancements. <br />You are further notified <br />to satisfy the aforementioned <br />has elected t'sell or cause to be sold such property <br />Thomas J.
