Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 06/07/2022 and recorded on 06/16/2022 recorded as Instrument #202204421; Trust Deed <br />dated 06/24/2022 and recorded on 06/30/2022 recorded as Instrument #202204819; executed by Jerry <br />Heidelk. a/k/a Jerry Lee Heidelk. and Chinaza N Ezewudo. a/k/a Chinaza Ezewudo. husband and wife, as <br />trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in <br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the <br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed <br />have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the <br />undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely Jerry Heidelk. a/k/a Jerry Lee Heidelk. and Chinaza N Ezewudo. <br />a/k/a Chinaza Ezewudo husband and wife the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit: <br />Lot 25, Block 2, Brentwood Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City, <br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on October 6. 2022. <br />PINNACLE BANK <br />By: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF MERRICK ) <br />Nathan W.
