- RECORQING REQUESTED BY: <br />100010480 <br />SPACE ABOVE THIS LINE FOR RECORDER'S USE <br />LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />First Union National Bank, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States <br />(the `Trustee ") hereby constitutes and appoints Option One Mortgage Corporation ( "Option One "), a California <br />corporation, and in its name, aforesaid acknowledges in writing or by facsimile stamp all documents customarily and <br />reasonably necessary and appropriate for the tasks described in items (1) through (4) below (Option One, when <br />acting in such capacity, is referred to herein as the "Attorney-in-Fact"); provided however, that the documents <br />described below may only be executed and delivered by such Attomey -In -Fact if such documents are required or <br />permitted under the terms of the related servicing agreements and Trust Agreement and no power is granted <br />hereunder to take any action that would be adverse to the interests of the Trustee or of Holders. This Power of <br />Attorney is being issued in connection with Option One's responsibilities to service certain mortgage loans (the <br />"Loans ") held by U.S. Bank Trust National Association in its capacity as Custodian for First Union National Bank, <br />Trustee, under the trust agreement dated May 1, 2000 (the 'Trust Agreement") relating to Amortizing Residential <br />Collateral Trust Mortgage Pass - Through Certificates Series 2000 -BC2. These loans are comprised of mortgages, <br />deeds of trust, deeds to secure debt and other forms of security instruments (collectively the "Security Instruments ") <br />and the certificates secured thereby. <br />1. Demand, sue for, recover, collect and receive each and every sum of money, debt, account and interest <br />(which now is, or hereafter shall become due and payable) belonging to or claimed by First Union National <br />Bank under the Trust Agreement related to the Loans, and to use or take any lawful means for recovery of <br />the foregoing by legal process or otherwise. <br />2. Foreclose upon said Security Instruments related to the Loans for breach of condition thereof and to execute <br />any documents necessary and directly incidental to the foreclosure, including, but not limited to, the <br />foreclosure deed, affidavit of sale and notice of extension. <br />3. Execute bonds, notes, mortgages, deeds of trust and other contracts, agreements and instruments <br />regarding the borrowers and /or mortgage property related to the Loans, including but not limited to the <br />execution of releases, satisfactions, assignments, and other instruments pertaining to Security Instruments, <br />if any, conveying the mortgage property related to the Loans, in the interest of First Union National Bank. <br />4. Endorse on behalf of the undersigned all checks, drafts and /or other negotiable instruments made payable <br />to the undersigned received by the Attorney -in -Fact in connection with the Loans and the Trust Agreement. <br />In consideration of the foregoing, by its use of this Limited Power of Attorney, Option One hereby agrees tc <br />indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Trustee and its officers, directors, employees and agents for any losses, <br />damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses) or injury to the Trustee for any <br />errors, omissions and misuse (including, without limitation, use of this Limited Power of Attorney to take arty, action <br />not permitted by the Trust Agreement) of this Limited Power of Attorney. <br />Witnes my hand and seal this day of 20 First Union National Bank, as Trustee under <br />the Trust Agreement (and not in its <br />individual capacity) <br />By: /W�C <br />Witne Rebecca T.
