<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust
<br />executed by SPIRIT IN THE SKY, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, to BRANDON
<br />S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of BILLIE JEAN BERTA, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated January 2, 2018, and recorded on January 2, 2018 as
<br />Instrument No. 201800039, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Fifty0Nine (59), in Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
