STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Permit is to set forth the terms and conditions, under which <br />the Permittee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described installation/improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way to install underground fiber optics to service 2621 West Old Highway <br />30, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2022/8/25 and consisting of one (1) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF PERMITEE'S UTILITY LOCATION. The Permittee owns the infrastructure within the <br />Permitor's public right of way to which this Right-of-Way/Easement Utiliy Permit shall apply: <br />LOT THREE (3), COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND THE EAST FIFTY FEET (E 50') OF LOT TWO (2) AND THE <br />NORTHEAST 62.65 FEET OF LOT FOUR (4); COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION, <br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRSKA TOGETHER WITH THAT TRACT OF LAND <br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THAT PART OF FRONTAGE ROAD IN COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />SECOND SUBDIVISION, VACATED BY ORDINANCE NO. 6450, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS <br />THAT PART OF FRONTAGE ROAD ABUTTING UPON THE EAST 50 FEET OR 15.240 METERS, OF LOT 2 <br />AND ALL OF LOT 3 COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />3.
