Box 485, Cairo, Nebraska, 68824, all of their right, title and interest in and to that <br />certain Deed of Trust dated January 17, 2022, and recorded in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Document No. 202200492 on the 20th day of <br />January, 2022, which is a lien upon the following described property: <br />The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />(NW1/4SE1/4) and the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (N 1 /2NE 1 /4SE 1 /4), all in Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except <br />parcels listed in Book 86, Page 306; Book 86, Page 373; and Book 86, Page 583. <br />Said Deed of Trust was given by R -Squared Farms, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability <br />Company, to Steven A. Rauert, together with the indebtedness secured thereby.
