The consideration paid by the GRANTEE for this Deed was FIFTY THOUSAND ONE DOLLAR ($50,001.00). Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust and the obligations secured thereby, as more particularly set forth in the Notice of Dpfai!l t recorded T11ne 4r-. _ Hall County Register of Deeds. On June 26, 2001, a copy of the Notice of Default, together with the recording data thereon, was mailed to the TRUSTOR by certified mail, return receipt requested. After the lapse of not less than one (1) month, COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as BENEFICIARY and TRUSTEE caused a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be published as required by law in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska. The publication was run once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks with the last publication occurring on August 24, 2001. On August 1, 2001, a copy of the published Notice of Trustee's Sale was mailed to the TRUSTOR as required by law. All applicable statutory provisions of the Statutes of the State of Nebraska and all provisions of the above - described Deed of Trust have been fully complied with as to the acts to be performed and notices to be given. The above-- aescribea eal property was sold at. public auction at the time and place of sale as set forth in the Notice of Sale above - described to the GRANTEE, it being the highest bidder at said sale, for the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND ONE DOLLAR ($50,001.00).
