<br />is acknowledged, and other valuable consideration, the undersigned grants an easement as follows:
<br />RECITALS
<br />1. Five Points Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska, with its principal place of business in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to
<br />as "Bank," is the owner of the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lot One (1) of Hometown Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. Allied Merchandising, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nebraska
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Allied," is the owner of the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lot Two (2) of Hometown Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the Bank hereby grants to Allied, and to its successors and assigns, an easement upon
<br />the South 20 feet of the East 144 feet of the Bank's above described real estate, and
<br />for the purpose of ingress and egress, and the parking of vehicles, in
<br />connection with the use of Allied 's above described real estate.
<br />This easement shall be permanent and shall run with the land.
