<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated August 14, 2020 executed by Levi L Lammert, A
<br />Single Person, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named
<br />as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on August 14, 2020 as Instrument No.
<br />#202005985 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from
<br />MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Levi L Lammert, A Single Person the estate now held
<br />by it thereunder, to -wit:
