Cyboron, being first duly sworn on oath, state that: <br />1. I am a Nebraska Professional Land Surveyor, License No. 727; <br />2. I am an employee of Initial Point Surveying LLC former Rockwell and Associates <br />employee responsible for Land Surveying Services in the Grand Island Office; <br />3. Affiant further states that on June 9, 2017, I worked on and completed a survey of <br />Warren Seventh Subdivision, and that the original plat of said subdivision is now recorded at the <br />Register of Deeds Office in Hall County Courthouse Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined the plat of Warren Seventh <br />Subdivision and has discovered an error in the distances shown on the East and West lines of Lot 3 <br />Warren Seventh Subdivision as shown on the plat drawing. <br />5. Affiant further states that the distance for the East line of Lot 3, Warren Seventh <br />Subdivision should be Sixty -Nine and Ninety -Eight Hundredths (69.98) feet in lieu of Seventy Nine and <br />Ninety Eight Hundredths (79.98) and that the distance for the West line of Lot 3, Warren Seventh <br />Sub -division should be Three Hundred Four and Ninety Six Hundredths (304.96) feet in lieu of Three <br />Hundred Fourteen and Ninety Six Hundredths (314.96) feet as shown on the plat drawing <br />6.
