<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE — CORPORATION
<br />WHEREAS, First Bank and Trust Company, A Corporation Organized, under the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska by and through Connor Peterson, Vice President, it's authorized
<br />officer, as trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 14 2022, executed by Willis
<br />Storage L.L.C., in which First Bank and Trust Company, Minden, Nebraska is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument 202204459,
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, on June 17, 2022, has
<br />received from the First Bank and Trust Company, the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully
<br />paid and that the note secured thereby have surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust
<br />deeds, the said corporation by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to Willis Storage L.L.C.as trustor the estate now held
<br />by it thereunder, to wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), WESTGATE INDUSTRIAL PARK 2141) SUBDMSION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />As to all other property described in the Deed of Trust, the Deed of Trust remains in full
<br />force and effect. In WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this deed of
<br />reconveyance at Minden, Nebraska on September 16, 2022.
