STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Permit is to set forth the terms and conditions, under which the <br />Permittee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described installation/improvement which will <br />infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of fiber optic to serve the property addressed as 1811 <br />West 2nd Street, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2020/9/13 and consisting of seven (7) pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF PERMITEE'S UTILITY LOCATION. The Permittee owns the infrastructure within the Permitor's <br />public right of way to which this Right-of-Way/Easement Utiliy Permit shall apply: <br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), SEVEN (7), AND EIGHT (8), BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), KERNOHAN <br />AND DECKER'S ADDITION AND ALL OF LOTS TWO (2), THREE (3), FOUR (4), SIX (6), SEVEN (7), EIGHT (8), <br />NINE (9), AND TEN (10), BLOCK TWO (2), CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION, ALL IN THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPT A TRACT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY <br />DEED RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 200608846. <br />3. PERMITEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the Permittee may construct, maintain, repair <br />and utilize the above described installation/improvement at the Permittee's sole risk.
