STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this Permit is to set forth the terms and conditions, under which <br />the Permittee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described installation/improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of fiber optic cable to serve the property addressed as <br />700 North Webb Road, per the attached Exhibit "A", dated 2022/8/30, consisting of six (6) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF PERMITEE'S UTILITY LOCATION. The Permittee owns the infrastructure within the <br />Permitor's public right of way to which this Right-of-Way/Easement Utiliy Permit shall apply: <br />A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(SE1/4NE1/4) OF SECTION THRITEEN (13), TOWNSHIP EVEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST <br />OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SE1/4NE1/4, THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF <br />80 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF FAIDLEY AVENUE AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE <br />CONTINUING NORTH ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID SE1/4NE 1/4 DISTANCE OF 320 FEET, ALSO BEING <br />THE CENTER OF WEBB ROAD; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SE1/4NE1/4 A <br />DISTANCE OF 33 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF WEBB ROAD; THENCE CONTINUING WEST PARALLET <br />TO SOUTH LINE OF SAID SE1/4NE1/4 A DISTANCE OF 356 FEET; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL TO SAID <br />EAST LINE OF SE1/4NE1/4 A DISTANCE OF 320 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF FAIDLEY AVENUE; <br />THENCE EAST ON SAID NORTH LINE OF FAIDLEY AVENUE AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF <br />ON 1N3VVMUSN <br />
