YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed November
<br />22, 1999, by, KEVIN L. RONNE and PATRICIA D. RONNE, Husband and Wife, Trustor, in
<br />favor of WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, f /k/a
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and, OVERLAND
<br />NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Trustee under said Deed of Trust recorded in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and filed on November 29, 1999, as
<br />Document No. 0099111344 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed
<br />of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />Lot 8, Block 20, In Palmer Subdivision To Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non - payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust for April, 2001, through September, 2001, with a total current amount
<br />due and owing of $11,901.35. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank
<br />Nebraska, National Association, f /k/a Overland National Bank of Grand Island, for all fees and costs
<br />associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76 -1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Trustee, Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, National Association, f /k/a
<br />Overland National Bank of Grand Island, has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76 -1012.
