<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Construction Deed of Trust dated November 16, 2021, executed by JASON HETTLER
<br />CONSTRUCTION, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, Recorded as Instrument No 202109789 on the 18th day of
<br />November, 2021.
<br />and IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Notice of
<br />Commencement as Additional Security dated November 16, 2021 made to FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Lender by JASON HETTLER CONSTRUCTION, LLC, A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY,
<br />as Grantor, which was recorded as Instrument No 202109798 on the 18th day of November, 2021
<br />on the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), IN BLOCK NINE (9), OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF
<br />WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
