*** Proof of Publication *** <br />NOTICE OF <br />APPLICATION FOR TAX <br />DEED <br />To: Shelly A Gregg; John <br />Doe and Mary Doe, par- <br />ties in possession, real <br />names unknown; and any <br />and all persons/entities <br />who have or claim some <br />lien or Interest in the real <br />estate described below, <br />UNLESS YOU ACT YOU <br />WILL LOSE THIS PROP- <br />ERTY <br />You are hereby notified <br />that on March 6, 2019, SI <br />70, LLC, purchased from <br />the Treasurer of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, at a <br />public tax sale for delin- <br />quent real estate taxes for <br />the year of 2017 the <br />following described real <br />estate: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Three <br />(3), Olde Mill Subdivision <br />In the City of Grand <br />Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />for $4,599.41, said Treas- <br />urer issued a Tax Sale <br />Certificate number <br />20190139, representing <br />$4,194.60 of delinquent <br />taxes plus interest, costs <br />and fees to SI 70, LLC. <br />This Tax Sale Certificate <br />was subsequently as- <br />signed to Kenneth Knosp. <br />This real estate was as- <br />sessed in the name of <br />Shelly A Gregg. <br />Since the Issuance of <br />certificate 20190139 the <br />owner of the certificate <br />has paid additional taxes <br />for the years of 2018, <br />2019 and 2020. These <br />additional payments total <br />$13,534.92, representing <br />$13,478.38 of taxes plus <br />interest, costs and fees. <br />Subsequent taxes may <br />have been paid and inter- <br />est may have accrued as <br />of the date this notice is <br />signed by the purchaser. <br />Pursuant to Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. § 77-1831, you are <br />further notified that the <br />issuance of a tax deed is <br />subject to the right 01 <br />redemption under Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1824 to <br />77-1830. The right o1 <br />redemption requires pay- <br />ment to the county treas- <br />urer, for the use of such <br />purchaser, or his or her <br />heirs or assigns, the <br />amount of taxes represen- <br />ted by the tax sale <br />certificate for the year the <br />taxes were levied or as- <br />sessed and any subse- <br />quent taxes paid and <br />interest accrued as of the <br />date payment is made to <br />the county treasurer.
