Mahlen- <br />dorf, John Doe, and Mary <br />Doe, parties in posses- <br />sion, real names un- <br />known; and any and all <br />persons/entities who have <br />or claim some lien or <br />interest in the real estate <br />described below, <br />UNLESS YOU ACT YOU <br />WILL LOSE THIS PROP- <br />ERTY <br />You are hereby notified <br />that on March 4, 2019, SI <br />79 LLC, purchased from <br />the Treasurer of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, at a <br />public tax sale for delin- <br />quent real estate taxes for <br />the year of 2017 the <br />following described real <br />estate: <br />RUSSEL WHEELER'S <br />ADD S65'LT1 &S65' <br />OFE30' LT 2 BLK 21, <br />City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />For $1961.78, said Treas- <br />urer issued a Tax Sale <br />Certificate number <br />20190150, representing <br />delinquent taxes plus in- <br />terest, costs and fees to <br />SI 79 LLC. This real <br />estate was assessed in <br />the name of MAHLEN- <br />DORF/JOSEPHINE E. <br />Since the issuance of said <br />certificate, the owner of <br />the certificate has paid <br />additional taxes for the <br />years of 2018, 2019, and <br />2020. These additional <br />payments total $7913.82, <br />representing additional <br />taxes plus interest, costs <br />and fees. Subsequent tax- <br />es may have been paid <br />and Interest may have <br />accrued as of the date <br />this notice is signed by <br />the purchaser. <br />Pursuant to Neb. Rev. <br />Stat. § 77-1831, you are <br />further notified that the <br />issuance of a tax deed is <br />subject to the right 01 <br />redemption under Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. §§ 77-1824 to <br />77-1830. The right 01 <br />redemption requires pay- <br />ment to the county treas- <br />urer, for the use of such <br />purchaser, or his or her <br />heirs or assigns, the <br />amount of taxes represen- <br />ted by the tax sale <br />certificate for the year the <br />taxes were levied or as- <br />sessed and any subse- <br />quent taxes paid and <br />interest accrued as of the <br />date payment is made to <br />the county treasurer.
