FRANCIS, A Member of the Nebraska State Bar <br />Association, as TRUSTEE, does hereby convey without warra::ty, to i <br />VADARON INVESTMENTS, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, (hereafter y <br />called "GRANTEE "), the following described real property: `S <br />G <br />Lots One (1) , Two (2) , Three (3) , Four (4) , Five (5) , and <br />all of the East Half (El /2) of Lot Seven (7), and all of <br />Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), All in Block Eleven <br />(11), in Baker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that portion of the vacated <br />alley in Block Eleven (11), Baker's Addition, abutting <br />said above - described lots, <br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, accessories <br />and appurtenances thereto belonging. <br />To have and to hold the above - described property unto the <br />GRANTEE, its successors and assians. <br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred upon <br />the 'TRUSTEE by a certain Deed of Trust dated February 28, 19':'7, <br />executed by GLEN F. SHORE and ARLA DELL SHORE, Husband and Wife, as <br />TRUSTOR. Lhe Deed of Trust was recorded March 4, 1997, as Document <br />No. 97- 101565 in the Office of the Hall County Register of I.'eeds, <br />to secure the payment of an Installment Contract. The <br />consideration paid by the GRANTEE was Five Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($550,000.00). <br />Default has occurred under the terms of said Deed of Trust and <br />the obligation secured thereby, as more particularly set forth in <br />the Notice of Default recorded April 17, 2001, in the Office of the <br />Hall County Register of Deeds. <br />On April 19, 2001, a ropy of the Notice of Default together <br />with the recording data shown thereon_ was mailed to the TRUSTOR by <br />certified mail, return receipt requested. <br />After the lapse of not less than one (1) month, VADARON <br />INVESTMENTS, INC., as BENEFICIARY, through WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, <br />TRUSTEE, caused a Notice of Trustee's Sale to be published as <br />required ny law in The Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having <br />general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska. The publication was <br />run once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks with the last <br />publication occurring on May 17, 2001. <br />)n %,p r1_ G4, a 'i�Y riT t-he published 1. _�ce of L e <br />Sale was mailed to the TRUSTOR as required by law. <br />All applicable statutory provisions of the Statutes of the <br />State of Nebraska and all provisions of the above - described Deed of <br />Trust have been fully complied with as to the acts tc., be performed <br />and notices to be given. <br />The above -- described real property was sold at public auction <br />at the time and place of said sale as set forth in Notice of Sale <br />
