Munoz and Darla J. Munoz, husband and wife, Grantors/Transferors, <br />transfer all of their interest in the following described property to Marcos Munoz and Terry L <br />Munoz . Said transfer to be effective only upon the death of surviving grantor. The real estate (as <br />defined in Neb. Rev.
