<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated April 06, 2018 executed by MICHAEL KOENIG AND
<br />ERIN KOENIG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank
<br />of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on April 16, 2018
<br />as Instrument No. 201802410 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska,
<br />has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a
<br />written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and
<br />that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee,
<br />for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: MICHAEL KOENIG AND ERIN KOENIG, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT TWENTY SEVEN (27), BLOCK D, PARK -VIEW SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />ADDRESS: 2512 PIONEER BLVD, GRAND ISLAND, Nebraska 68801
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Hastings,
<br />Nebraska on August 29, 2022.
