<br />Please take notice that Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor
<br />Trustee, in a Trust Deed from J. D. Henderson and E. B. Henderson,
<br />dated December 17, 1999, and recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on December 30, 1999 as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 112290, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed is
<br />TMS Mortgage Inc. dba The Money Store, does hereby notify the
<br />above -named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust
<br />Deed was granted upon the following - described real estate, situated
<br />in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BLOCK TWENTY -TWO (22), VILLAGE
<br />OF WOOD RIVER, NOW CITY OF WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property
<br />was conveyed as security has occurred in that the grantors of said
<br />deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments on
<br />said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on
<br />the loth day of February, 2000 and thereafter, and that there is now
<br />due upon said instrument the principal sum of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND
<br />SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS AND SIXTY CENTS ($23,748.60)
<br />together with interest thereon from the loth day of January, 2000,
<br />commencing at the rate of 8.500 per annum as adjusted from time to
<br />time together with delinquent and accruing taxes and advancements.
