DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Dated: 8/4/2022 <br />Return to: <br />Heritage Bank <br />P O Box 329 <br />Aurora, NE 68818 <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Beneficiary <br />under the Deed of Trust executed by Kenneth Clausen, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Grand Island, as <br />Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated 04/26/2022 and recorded 05/02/2022 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 202203188, has requested in writing that <br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to <br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee <br />pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2 NE1/4) and the West <br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (W1/2 SE1/4) of Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten <br />(10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section One (1); thence running <br />easterly along the south line of said Section One (1), on a bearing N 86°49'26" E, a distance of 535.95 <br />feet to the Actual point of beginning; thence N 03°10'36" W, a distance of 164.17 feet; thence N <br />42°39'30" W on the chord of a curve to the right with a radius of 1311.54 feet, a distance of 750.96 feet; <br />thence S 88°48'42" W, a distance of 32.59 feet; thence N 01°11'18" W, a distance of 1895.02 feet; thence <br />N 69°07'11" E, a distance of 1475.91 feet; thence S 00°39'08" E, a distance of 3612.76 feet; thence S <br />86°48'26" W, a distance of 825.56 feet to the Actual point of beginning. <br />Trustee: HERITAGE BANK <br />Grand Island, NEBRASKA <br />By: <br />Title: Curt Mickey, r.
