<br />QUITCLAIM DEED

<br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is hereby declared and granted as of this 17th day of August,
<br />2022, by SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT, a public corporation and political
<br />subdivision of the State of Nebraska, organized and existing under the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, and having its principal place of business at 4550 West Husker Highway, P.O. Box
<br />1687, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68802 ("Grantor"), to Brad Kroeger ("Grantee") on property
<br />located in Hall County, Nebraska, as more fully described below.
<br />WITNESSETH
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the owner in fee simple of a certain property located in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and described in a deed recorded in the Hall County Registry of Deeds
<br />("Property");
<br />NOW, THEREFORE:
<br />Grantor and Grantee make the following conveyances, grants, covenants, notifications,
<br />conditions, and agreements hereinafter set forth.
<br />Grantor, for and in consideration of $500.00 dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor; does hereby convey, remise, release and
<br />forever quitclaim, to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, all its right, title and interest, in and
<br />to the following described property, located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, including any
<br />improvements thereon:
<br />A tract of land in Hall County, Nebraska, situated in the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4)
<br />of Section Twenty -Nine (29), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point one hundred thirty-
<br />five (135.0') East and thirty-three (33.0') North of the Southwest Section Corner of
<br />said Section, running thence East for a distance of one hundred feet (100.0') parallel
<br />with the South boundary of said Section, running thence North for a distance of one
<br />hundred fifty feet (150.0') parallel with the West boundary of said Section, running
<br />thence West for a distance of one hundred feet (100.0') parallel with the South
<br />boundary of said Section, running thence South for a distance of one hundred fifty
<br />feet (150.0') to the point of beginning, containing 0.344 acres, more or less.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all improvements, hereditaments,
<br />appurtenances therein and all reversions, remainders, issues, profits and other rights belonging or
<br />related thereto, either in law or in equity, for the use, benefit and behalf of the Grantee, its heirs,
<br />successors and assigns forever.
