ZIOLA, husband and wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY -EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND N01100 DOLLARS ($28,750.00) received from Grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto STANLEY W. LINDNER AND MARILYN A. LINDNER, husband and wife, as tenants in common, the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Seven (7), in Block Twenty -Seven (27), in Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees and to their heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantees and with their heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except of record, and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
