Box 79 <br />Holdrege, NE 68949 <br />Trustor irrevocably conveys to Trustee, in Trust, with power of sale, the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block "D" in the First Addition to the Village of <br />Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska <br />JET Development, LLC, A Nebraska Limited Liability Company, is indebted to Lender <br />pursuant to the terms of a certain Loan Agreement and Promissory Note ("Note") dated <br />August 4, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $358,000.00, together with interest as <br />provided in said Note. Trustor is the sole member and manager in the Limited <br />Liability Company and has personally guaranteed said Note. This security instrument <br />secures to Lender the debt evidenced by said Note, with interest, together with the <br />payment of all other sums, with interest, advanced under the provisions hereafter to <br />protect the security and the performance of Trustors' covenants and agreements, <br />
