<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated December 23, 2021 executed by SHARON LEE
<br />ADELSON, TRUSTEE OF THE SHARON L ADELSON REVOCABLE TRUST AND DALE L GRUB AND
<br />DEBRA J GRUB, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank
<br />of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded on DECEMBER 27,
<br />2021 as Instrument No. #202110867 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: SHARON LEE ADELSON, TRUSTEE OF THE SHARON
<br />L ADELSON REVOCABLE TRUST AND DALE L GRUB AND DEBRA J GRUB, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT 1, IN BLOCK 3, IN BEL AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
