<br />MILDRED C. HERMAN (formerly known as MILDRED C. HERMAN- WHITE) ,
<br />Trustee under a Revocable Living Trust, in which said Revocable
<br />Living Trust she is both Grantor and Trustee, pursuant to the
<br />powers in said Revocable Living Trust, she conveyed to herself as
<br />Trustee certain real estate by Warranty Deed recorded as Document
<br />No. 95- 102531 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, which Deed was recorded on April 21, 1995, and
<br />WHEREAS, said MILDRED C. HERMAN (also known as MILDRED C.
<br />HERMAN- WHITE) intends to revoke the aforesaid Trust wherein she is
<br />Grantor and Trustee and does hereby reconvey to herself as an
<br />individual the following described real property,
<br />NOW, hereby, said MILDRED C. HERMAN (also known as MILDRED C.
<br />HERMAN- WHITE), Trustee, in consideration of good and valuable
<br />consideration, not herein recited but hereby acknowledged, does
<br />hereby convey to Grantee, MILDRED C. HERMAN, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76 -201):
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Seven (7), Unit Two (2), Continental
<br />Gardens, An Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />Lots One (1) , Two (2) and Three (3) , in Block One (1) , in
<br />Lambert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and
<br />All of Lot Six (6), in Block Eleven (11) , in H. G. Clark's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as the same is surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against
<br />any acts of the Grantor.
