<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION
<br />Parcel 1:
<br />The West Half of Section 29, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of Interstate Highway, being more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said West Half; thence
<br />running East along the North line of said West Half a distance of 2,641.6 feet to the
<br />Northeast Corner of said West Half; thence running South along the East line of said
<br />West Half a distance of 3,168.4 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of
<br />the interstate highway; thence running Southwesterly along said right-of-way line a
<br />distance of 2,819.6 feet to a point on the West line of said West Half; thence running
<br />North along the West line of said West Half a distance of 4,122.07 feet to a point
<br />beginning.

<br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: the North 20
<br />acres of a tract or parcel of land conveyed by Warranty Deed executed by Lawrence
<br />A. Berg and Robert Berg, both single, to A.C. Denman under date of November 8,
<br />1926, which deed was recorded December 2, 1926 in Book 62 at page 647, more
<br />particularly described as: the South one-fourth of the Northwest Quarter, being part
