<br />Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of Interstate Highway, being more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said West Half; thence
<br />running East along the North line of said West Half a distance of 2,641.6 feet to the
<br />Northeast Corner of said West Half; thence running South along the East line of said
<br />West Half a distance of 3,168.4 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of
<br />the interstate highway; thence running Southwesterly along said right-of-way line a
<br />distance of 2,819.6 feet to a point on the West line of said West Half; thence running
