<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation
<br />by and through Craig E Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, as trustee under the trust deed dated November 19, 2010 executed by GARRY L.
<br />THOMPSON SR AND ROSIE THOMPSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as
<br />successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded on December 3, 2010 as Instrument No. 201009015 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of
<br />Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: GARRY L. THOMPSON SR AND ROSIE THOMPSON,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
<br />(N1/2SE1/4NE1/4) OF SECTION FOUR (4), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST
<br />OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
<br />FOLLOWS;
<br />COMMENCING AT A POINT SIX (6) RODS SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE EAST
<br />HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E1/2SE1/4) OF SECTION FOUR (4); THENCE RUNNING
<br />SOUTH TWENTY (20) RODS, ALONG SAID EAST LINE; THENCE RUNNING WEST EIGHTY (80)
<br />RODS; THENCE RUNNING NORTH, PARALLEL WITH SAID EAST LINE TWENTY (20) RODS;
