<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Francis A Wruk and Erika A Wruk Husband and Wife
<br />to COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Trustee for the benefit of PRINCIPAL
<br />RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE, INC., the beneficiary named therein, dated

<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
