Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on December 31, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 113082 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Farmers State Bank & Trust Company of Superior on December 24, 1998 and recorded on December 31, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 113083 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment to Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior of the amount needed to bring this obligation current.
