<br />Bethany Alison Buechler Courtney and R.G. Courtney, wife and husband, herein called the
<br />grantor whether one or more, in consideration of transferring property into Grantors' Revocable
<br />Trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto R.G. Courtney and
<br />Bethany Alison Buechler Courtney, Trustees of the Courtney 2011 Revocable Trust under
<br />Agreement dated the 7th day of February, 2011, and any amendments thereto, herein called the
<br />grantee whether one or more, an undivided 9.25/180th interest in and to the following described
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />(18) and Twenty (20), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />All of Sections One (1) and Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />All of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land located in
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SW%) of said Section 29 and a tract of land located in the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SEI/) and Northeast Quarter (NEI/) of said Section 29
<br />conveyed to County Hall, Nebraska by Quitclaim Deeds recorded. March 26,
<br />2003, as Instrument No. 200303544, 200303545, 200303546 and 200303547 of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska; and
<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N%NWI/) of Section Thirty-two (32),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPT the Grand Island and Wyoming Central Railroad right-of-
<br />way in Deed Book 4, Page 231 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Office,
<br />Nebraska, AND EXCEPT that portion conveyed to Hall County in Warranty
<br />Deeds recorded February 26, 1988, as Instrument No. 88-100944, 88-100945, 88-
<br />100946, 88-100947, 88-100948, 88-100949 and 88-100950 of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska; and
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NEI/) of Section Thirty-two (32), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the
<br />Grand Island and Wyoming Central Railroad right-of-way in Deed Book 4, Page
<br />281 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska, AND EXCEPT that
<br />portion conveyed to the Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company in
<br />Warranty Deed recorded June 12, 1942, in Deed Book 83, Page 326 of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds Office, Nebraska; and
<br />All of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10)
