WHITE, DECEASED, "GRANTOR ", conveys and releases to <br />MARILYN KAY FLAGLE and CINDY SUE ELLIS, as tenants in common, each 3 <br />an undivided one -half interest, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb.Rev.Stat. 76 -201): <br />An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Four (4), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of <br />record, and further subject to the following: <br />The life estate granted to GERALD R. WHITE for and during <br />his lifetime, said life tenant being responsible for the <br />payment of real and personal property taxes and <br />responsible for repairs and maintenance to the <br />improvements upon said real property; subject to a 15- <br />year Lease dated March 1, 1990, between MEREDITH D. WHITE <br />and GERALD R.
