Hartman, aka Thomas Hartman, and Carlotta Y. Hartman, aka Carlotta Hartman, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants, as Trustor to the WESTERN NEBRASKA BANK Formerly Known As CURTIS STATE BANK, CURTIS, NEBRASKA, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of 04/21/2011 and recorded 05/09/2011 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201103524, has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
