Life tenant shall pay all real and personal <br />property taxes assessed against said real <br />property and improvements thereon, as well as <br />paying for any repairs or improvements life <br />tenant desires on said improvements. Life <br />tenant shall not sell, mortgage, encumber, or <br />in any manner alienate said property. In the <br />event life tenants fails to occupy the real <br />property as her principal residence, the life <br />estate shall immediately terminate. <br />B. Life tenant is permitted to remove her tailer <br />and other personal property from the real <br />property at any time and upon such happening, <br />her life estate shall immediately cease. <br />C. In the event life tenant fails to pay the real <br />or personal property taxes assessed against <br />the property for a period of three (3) years <br />after the same become due and payable, then in <br />such event the life estate shall immediately <br />cease. <br />D.
