<br /> THAT WHEREAS, Eiliot Supply, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, by Revalving Loan Deed of Trust,
<br />� dated December 30, 1987, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, on January 5, 1988 as Docurment No. 88-10Q020, conveyed to Leroy Scott Qwens,
<br /> TRUSTEE, certain real estate described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto, IN TRUST,to secure the
<br /> payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; and,
<br /> � WHEREAS,the Beneficiary of said Revolving Loan Oeed of Trust, has requested the undersigned
