No. <br />0200104491, rerecorded as Inst. No. 200105711, all in the Register <br />of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, executed by Steven L. <br />Kelly a /k /a Steven Kelly and Dianna K. Kelly, husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, in which Jeanne Baer is named as Beneficiary, hereby <br />gives notice that a breach of obligation for which the Trust <br />Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such <br />breach is the Trustor's failure to maintain hazard insurance in <br />accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed.
