<br />WHEREAS, Public right-of-way is required by the City of Grand Island for the
<br />installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Faidley Avenue and Diers Avenue, to construct
<br />and maintain such project; and
<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 14, 2016, for the purpose of
<br />discussing the proposed acquisition of the public right-of-way, as follows:
