<br />AMENDED DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE 
<br />Randall L. McDonald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles W. McDonald, 
<br />Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Randall L. McDonald and Donald C. McDonald, 
<br />Co -Trustees of the McDonald Family Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of 
<br />Charles W. McDonald, Hall County Court case no. PR 14-73, GRANTEES, the following 
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201):

<br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and subject to 
<br />existing public roads and easements of record or apparent upon inspection.
