<br />AMENDED DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />Randall L. McDonald, Personal Representative of the Estate of Charles W. McDonald,
<br />Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Randall L. McDonald and Donald C. McDonald,
<br />Co -Trustees of the McDonald Family Trust created under the Last Will and Testament of
<br />Charles W. McDonald, Hall County Court case no. PR 14-73, GRANTEES, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201):
<br />Lots Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7), and Eight (8), and the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (NW1/4 SE1/4), and the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2
<br />SW1/4) of Section Fifteen (15). Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, in the State of Nebraska, EXCEPT that part thereof conveyed to
<br />the State of Nebraska described in Deed Recorded in Book 71 on Page 158 of Deed of
<br />Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and subject to
<br />existing public roads and easements of record or apparent upon inspection.

<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, containing 33 acres, more or less.

<br />West line of Section Fourteen (14), said point being the Southwest Corner of said Lot

<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described tract containing 14.921 acres, more or less,
<br />together with 2.809 acres, more or less, of accretion lying to the North of said Lot Two
